You certify, being duly sworn by oath, depose and state that you are 21 years of age and have resided in the State of Missouri for at least six (6) months.
You MUST appear in person with picture ID and sign the permit before it is valid. Please allow three (3) business days from return of application. The charge is Ten (10) dollars per application. All information MUST be filled out to receive permit.
